Mt. Morrison

Same glimmer,
different coldness.
Touch, all wrong,

no green light
at the other
end of the bay.

What ever brings
you ease, eyes
of dust–Her dog

heart, red room
not full of roses,
hands like red rock

frozen in gravity,
all weight we
can’t withstand.
